Photo Booth Rental Process

You can envision all the fun and excitement a photo booth will add to your party, wedding, or corporate event. Your big day is scheduled and you've decided that a photo booth will be a fantastic addition to your event. Now what? 


When working with Tumbleweed, it will not be a complicated or stressful.  Tumbleweed has a tried and true process that will make choosing, scheduling, and working with our photo booth staff everything you hoped, and more!  Read on to learn about our process.


Before You Book


1. Determine type of booth 

  • You have several options.  Modern and sleek open-air kiosks, premium open-air booths with video screens for adding your own photos or logos, 360 photo booths, roaming photo booths, and even unique booths such as Tumbleweed's renovated and modernized horse trailer turned into a photo booth.  You can also visit our website at www.tumbleweedphotobooth.com to learn about all your options.  Not sure which works best for your event? No problem! Our experienced staff will help you choose.


2.  Determine budget

  • This step goes hand-in-hand with #1.  Once you determine a price range, you can proceed to choosing options.  


3.  Choose options

  • Here is the fun part!  You have chosen your booth, now lets customize your experience.  Below are some questions we will ask:
    • Do you have a theme in mind?
    • Do you want a backdrop or will you use your own?
    • Do you want props?
    • Do you want prints or a digital only experience?
    • Do you want guests to have the option of gifs, boomerangs, videos, multiple photos, etc.?
    • Would you like a guest book?

You will have lots of options, however, we won't let the choices overwhelm you, a chat with our experienced staff will simplify the process!


4.  Book the event

  • Our online booking tool makes the booking, contract, and payment process seamless.  


After Your Event is Booked 


1.  Event Coordination

    • Once your event is confirmed our staff will reach out to coordinate logistics.  If you have an event planner involved, we are happy to coordinate with your planner as well.  
    • Summary of topics we will discuss during our planning session:
      • Location the photo booth at your venue?  
      • How much space is available?
      • Is there WiFi available?
      • Is there a power source close?
      • Calendar of activities
      • Arrival time
      • Day-of contact


2.  Design Customization

  • Our staff will work with you to set up your photo template, photo overlay design, screen design templates, etc. to match the theme of your event.
  • You will have the opportunity to approve everything before the event.


3.  Event Day 

    • We understand you will have a lot going on during the day of your event, this is why Tumbleweed will work with you in advance to ensure we have all the details worked out beforehand.  On the day of your event you will be able to focus on having fun!


After the Event

    • We will provide you with a link to the entire gallery of photo memories captured during your event.  
    • Was it everything you dreamed?  We are always striving to improve the experience for our customers!  We would love your feedback and review on Google, Yelp, Wedding Wire, or The Knot.
